We are looking for reliable and dedicated Home Support Workers within Oxfordshire to work in our friendly and passionate company. We are seeking warm, compassionate and committed people who must have an understanding and caring nature, patience and a high drive in providing high quality care to our Service Users in their homes. Your duties will include assisting vulnerable individuals with daily living, personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding), medication, mobility, household tasks, providing emotional support, and attending appointments. Previous experience working in a care setting and a car driver are essential. All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check and go through an induction process.
